Are there annual maintenance costs or additional operational fees?
There are no ongoing monthly fees payable by the investor. Income generated by the property will cover all operational expenses, including management, marketing, applicable taxes, staffing, cleaning, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring the property remains professionally managed and maintained in excellent condition.
Can I use the villa for personal stays during the year?
Yes! You can stay in your villa for free for up to 30 days every year. Just let us know when you want to visit. Personal stays do not affect your ownership or income share.
